• Would you like to send a message to multiple people without revealing other recipients’ identities? In order to do this, you will need to use the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) line in the message. If you add an email address in the Bcc line, a copy of the message is sent to that person, but his or her name is not visible to other recipients. Using this method increases email address privacy, and reduces the risk of the recipients’ address being harvested by senders of bulk email (spammers)

• You can automatically add a signature or logo to each message you send — On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to create the signature for, and then click Signatures

• Have you ever hit the Send button too soon? You can recall that message — To recall or replace a sent message, simply open the message in the Sent Items folder, and on the Actions menu, click Recall This Message. You’ll have to be on an exchange server network for this to work, however

• You can add holidays to your Outlook Calendar On the Tools menu, click Options, click Calendar Options, and then click Add Holidays. Outlook will then install the holidays for the current year

• You can access any Outlook folder from your Windows desktop — Create a shortcut to an Outlook folder on the Windows desktop by dragging the folder from Outlook to your Windows desktop. Be sure to press CTRL before you release the mouse button. When you double-click the new shortcut, Outlook will open to that folder

• If you want to quickly attach a file to a message, task, appointment, meeting request, journal entry, or contact — Open the item, then on the Insert menu, click File. Locate the file you want to attach. You can also click and drag a file into the body of the email message

• To add a new contact from an e-mail message – Open the message. In the From field, right-click the name you want to make into a contact. On the shortcut menu, click Add to Outlook Contacts.

• Like using the keyboard instead of the mouse? Try these shortcuts:

• To reply to your current e-mail message, press CTRL+R.
• To forward your current e-mail message, press CTRL+F.
• To delete your current e-mail message, press CTRL+D.
• To quickly remove formatting from selected text, press CTRL+SPACEBAR.
• To reply to everyone who received the selected message, press CTRL+SHIFT+R.

If you are controller or responsible for tying numbers from General Ledger back to Sales Journal, then you may like to have one place, where you see your Monthly or Quarterly Sales Ledger distribution in General Ledger. Also, we heard observations from corporate accounting people, as well as from Dynamics GP functional consultants that this report is typically difficult exercise if tried to be designed in FRx or Dynamics GP Report Writer (assuming that you are not taking Great Plains Dexterity customization route). In this small publication we would like to give you hints on how to design this report in Crystal Reports:

1. Reporting Logic. This report should summarize all Accounts Receivable account Debits (with Returns, counted as negative debits), but only for transactions with SJ and RMJ types: meaning only Sales Order Processing Invoices, Returns and Receivables Management module Invoices, Debit memos, Credit memos. This AR Debit summary should not include any payments. Now from the Credit side you should look at all Sales related accounts: Sales, Freight, Miscellaneous Charges, Sales Tax Payable, VAT payable

2. Under the hood. We assume that you are on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2000 DB platform and you will be building SQL query as SQL stored procedure and will base Sales Journal Register report on the SQL stored procedure, where you will supply Date From and Date To parameters fields. Ideal life looks very attractive, but in real life you see various alterations to SOP and RM documents distributions. This is why we recommend you to build SQL Select statement to get a list of all the accounts, participating in Sales Invoices and Returns distribution. You can get it from GL20000 table, again making restrictions on Journal type: SJ and RMJ. Accounts numbers and names should be queried to GL00100 table – Account Master

3. Sales Journal Transactions Audit. Include Select statement details in hidden body section of the report with the option Drill Down OK. If you review the structure of GL20000 table, you will realize that it includes Customer ID in ORMSTRID field, Customer Name in ODMSTRNM and Sales Invoice or Return number in ORDOCNUM field

  Actually, there is a common free method to bypass DRM WMA, M4P with 2 steps:
    Step 1 Burn DRM WMA, M4P to CD. (need a CD burner, like DVD Copy)
    Step 2 Rip the DRM WMA, M4P from CD to your computer as MP3 format , then the DRM should be removed from the WMA files. ( need a CD ripper, like Daniusoft DVD Ripper)

2. Re-record
    One of the most common and simple technology is recording the DRM WMA and DRM WMV then use an ordinary converter to convert the recorded and unprotected files. Because this technology is easy to realized and easy to support more DRM formats besides DRM WMA and DRM WMV it is welcomed by most of the DRM converters . Software such as SoundTaxi and Tunebite use what is re-record DRM music tech to bypass DRM.

    Use this software to record the signals being sent through the audio or video cards, or to plug analog recording devices into the analog outputs of the media player. So many people are getting all worked up and excited over the new Windows Vista. As expected, most new users are interested to know what is new with Vista and what makes it better to use than previous editions. Will it be easier to use? Will there be better safety and security features? Will technical and management aspects be given fair attention? It may not be possible to completely detail all of Vista’s new or improved features. Among its many notable features are the following:

Windows Shell

The appearance of the operating system is the first marketing strategy to use on non-technical individuals. Many home users understandably get attracted with basic aesthetic features and easy to use functions. In operating systems, the appearance and ease of use can best be associated with the shell which presents the user interface. With Windows, their shell is Explorer. In Windows Vista, the shell is associated with Aero.

Speech Recognition

With this feature, users can use voice commands on their computer unit. The difference between Vista voice recognition and other versions is that voice recognition in Vista boasts full integration. Certain applications therefore can be manipulated by dictation. A mousegrid may be used for applications that require mouse functions. A user simply needs to dictate a series of numbers to zero in on the particular area that has to be clicked. This feature is easy to use even without the tutorial provided. Voice recognition is fairly high and exact.
