This policy describes information handling when you visit digitalnethosting.com, including its new service pages and retained WordPress pages, or send a service inquiry. Linked businesses, platforms and other websites have their own privacy practices. This policy does not replace commitments made for information collected under an earlier policy or the terms of an existing client agreement.

Information you provide

When you submit an estimate request, the website sends the name, reply email, company and website details you provide, the service lines you select, and your message to our server for delivery to a private business mailbox. We use that information to review your request, contact you and prepare a possible proposal. If you call us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

The estimate form does not create a visitor account or store a copy of your message in a website database. Our mail systems may retain the delivered message as a business communication.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, request time, and error or security records. To limit automated estimate submissions, the form handler keeps a counter based on a keyed hash of the connecting IP address. It evaluates entries over a 10-minute window and removes expired entries when a later valid request arrives. The handler does not put the request message in that counter.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, evaluate possible work, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

Providers supporting website hosting, security, email delivery and professional services may process information for those purposes. We may also disclose information when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or handle a business transaction involving relevant records.

Cookies and measurement

The new service pages do not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts in their application code. Retained WordPress pages load Google Analytics to measure visits. Google's tools may use cookies and receive information about how you use those pages; see Google's privacy policy. Hosting and security services may also use cookies needed to operate or protect the site. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and security

We keep business communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible relationship, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the site or meet legal obligations. The form's abuse-prevention counter is separate from the delivered email. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
