Define the result and the review
Define the permitted source, expected output, and review step. If the task needs a live account, first establish which connection exists and what it is allowed to do. Run a representative example and compare the output with the original evidence. Only then decide whether to extend the workflow.
Give each tool a clear role
Skills can capture the procedure; compatible tools can supply authorized context; Zulu can help make configured jobs and supported agent sessions visible. Each serves a different purpose. The best first project is one whose result the business can verify, rather than a promise to automate every operation at once.
