One of the most crucial components of your new Network Marketing Business is to find new recruits so that you can build your sales team. But it’s not just any old prospects you need but people that are truly interested in your business, this is the way to make your MLM business successful.
One thing you can do is ask the right questions to find those quality recruits.
Asking a few simple questions will help you determine if someone is going to be a potential new recruit for your network marketing business.
Examples are something like ” If I could show you a way to get an extra pay cheque would that be ok?” “Have you ever wanted to work for yourself” “Imagine just waking up at what ever time you want”
Other questions can help you determine if someone is going to be a potential new prospect for your business, these are motivator’s like “so do you have children” or maybe ” How does your partner feel about you working” or ” Wouldn’t you love working your own hours” may give you a lead.
Getting a feel for what your prospect wants and desires will help you best meet his or her needs.
When recruiting current customers or someone who has contacted you specifically to join your business you might ask “What first interested you in this company” or “what really gets you excited about this particular company or product”
For your business to be successful you really only want the volunteers so if you have doubts about someone that wants to sign up you could ask “Why do you think you would make a good partner for this company” or “What would your goals be if you were accepted on to my team”
Each recruit must have an idea about how they plan to promote their new business. Will they do it on line only? Do they plan to host parties, How much time do they have to devote to building a successful business? How many hours do they plan to work etc. This will give you a better idea of what they want from from the company and how successful they can hope to be.
After all these questions it is now time to ask your prospect. “Is there anything else you would like to know” Give them time to think about what they want to know, even arrange to have another meeting so you can address all their questions.
The most important part for you is to know exactly what your prospects are looking for in your home based business opportunity this will ensure that they nor you are wasting time. Remember you only want the volunteers.
Finally you will be able to ask your new prospect ” Are you ready to join my team” or “If you’re ready to sign up we can order your starter kit and get you started?”
Asking all the right questions that lead up to to this final question will help you ensure that the majority of your new recruits will be top notch reps for your company. This will make your new recruits more successful and more productive members of your team. In fact everyone is a winner.
